Intercultural Communication

utter culture acknowledges we operate from the traditional land of the Kaurna people, and we respect their ongoing spiritual relationship with their country, culture and heritage beliefs.  We also extend this respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people from other parts of Australia.

Above & Left - identifying facilitator's assumptions and cultural blindness, working together with Bicultural Workers to understand their communities' perspectives, seeking feedback from the participants, and delivering together a constantly evolving content to be relevant and meaningful to the particular language group.

Working together with the Bicultural Worker to deliver to the Vietnamese community workshops meaningful to them by co-designing training tools to be more visual and less reliant on text - May - June 2021
