SPEAKING with the PEOPLE INVOLVED,
actively seeking their FEEDBACK
and INTEGRATING THEIR INPUT to affect the final product
Supporting Regional Communities to lead the way in identifying and meeting their own health needs

In this example - working with Asthma Australia in the Mid North of South Australia, community peers are supported to develop the concept identified as needed by community members with the Community members. This idea was an "Asthma Community Connector" who would have the knowledge and understanding to be an "Asthma Advocacy Guide".

Linguistic analysis revealed terms being used were not capturing stakeholders' attention, which led to the project becoming driven by the theme of "Breathing Better in the Mid North".

Capturing Stakeholders' intent in communication

In this example - using interviewing techniques to work together with artists living with disability to understand their perspective to inform any communication about their work.

We use Applied Linguistics' analysis and Cultural Mapping skills to reveal the essence of what is important to stakeholders.

Integrity to communicate in a way which is consistent with Stakeholders' intent is paramount.
